The Centenary Suburbs are located 10 minutes driving time, South-West from the CBD, on 11 Kilometres of the Southern banks of the Brisbane River.

The Suburbs promotes a highly valued living environment, with 10% of land used for Parks and open spaces, it is open to the north-easterly breezes along the valley of the Brisbane River and has excellent panoramic views in all directions.

Development of The Suburbs:

Jindalee was the first of the Centenary Residential Suburbs to be released, Jamboree Heights was the second in 1969, Mount Ommaney in 1970 (Developed as private courts), Riverhills, in 1973, followed by Westlake (which uniquely created around and developed a 9 hectare lake holding 250 Million litres of water and is held at a constant level by a weir. It is stocked with Small Blue Eyes, and Rainbow Fish, which are mosquito eaters). Middle Park opened in 1976, followed by Sinnamon Park. The Suburbs: Sumner Park and Oldfield are zoned Industrial.
